About this project

The company wanted to limit classroom time from 8-days to 5-days. This required certain presenters and content to be moved out of the classroom. My solution involved an 8-week Onboarding Program that allowed interaction between cohort members and the extended sales team. New hires were introduced to company products, systems, and all the resources they would use on the job.
